🚀Your main tasks will include...
-Assist with leading the seamless day-to-day operations of Rowans Restaurant and Room Service, ensuring excellence in service and standards
-Help to inspire and support the team, fostering a positive work environment that boosts morale and encourages strong commitment
-Ensuring all company policies and procedures, including health and safety, are maintained to an excellent level
-Ensure effective communication within the Food & Beverage department and across the rest of the hotel
