Modern day living is all about convenience and speed. Getting things done at the ‘push of a button’ has become the norm with internet shopping and the Coppid Beech Hotel and The Swan at Streatley have followed suit with a live booking system coming on-line this autumn on their websites.

The four-star Berkshire hotels have done a lot of work over the last 12 months to make their websites more customer-friendly. A stylish new look led the way when it was launched last year and the upgraded on-line booking system is the latest innovation.

Alan Blenkinsopp, Operations Director, told Connections: “Guests have been able to use the website to book accommodation for some time but the upgrade will take it a significant step further.

This means that all they need to do when they arrive is unpack, unwind and enjoy their stay.”
